Family First

We are a family focused community organization, that wants to make sure we have time to gather with family and friends. Remember family isn’t always blood relation, it’s who will always be in your corner to support you and lift you up. With this organization we plan to build a youth focused community center, that offers movie nights, youth basketball days, craft events, karaoke nights, and community events with inflatable jump houses. We aim to igniting the light within the youth of our community, making them feel happy, healthy, and safe. With the help of our partnered organizations, trusted sponsors, and generous contributions, we can make all of this happen.

Inspiring Self Expression Through Art

Activating your creative side is imperative when it comes to self discovery. We aim to expand our youths ideas of self expression in all forms. There will be art days focused on using mixed medias, days exploring your vocal talent, days to debut their musical talent with instruments, days where we learn fun dances to shake out the blues or nerves. We want the youth to be excited to be a part of this organization.

Focusing On Self Awareness

Focusing On Self Awareness

Inspiring purpose through a promise. Sounds simple, but it’s going to be a challenge to teach the youth to trust adults and/or family again. We aim to provide resources to local counselors who can help these kids learn to love themselves again. We will also have mental health awareness programs to where the youth can better understand themselves and each other. If the youth feel called to religion for comfort or strength, we have many local churches who will welcome them with open arms. Our job isn’t only to help the youth find their purpose, but it’s to finally recognize our own. Serving the community with unconditional love.

Learn While Having Fun

We are planning to educate the youth in ways they would not expect. Outside of the classroom. Our youth community center we aim to build will be focusing on teaching life skills to our high school aged participants. We will be teaching them how to change a tire, how to apply for a job, how to apply for housing, how to get car insurance, how to apply for health insurance, how to advocate for yourself with your doctor, how to cook meals on a budget, how to sew, how to handle stressful environments or situations, and much more. We want the youth to feel comfortable and confident as they inch closer to adulthood. With the proper knowledge on how to be self sufficient, responsible, healthy, and happy with their life choices.
